摘要
通过理论分析和实验总结,论证了制备适用于快干环保型醇酸涂料树脂的制备路径,研究了树脂制备中所用萘酸钴、加氢石油树脂、新癸酸缩水甘油酯等原材料的可行性。通过实验确定原料及配比,在适宜的反应条件下,制备出一种快干环保应用于醇酸涂料的树脂。
Abstract
Through theoretical analysis and experimental summary,the path for preparing an environmentally friendly and fast-drying alkyd resin was demonstrated,and the feasibility of raw materials such as cobalt naphthoate,hydrogenated petroleum resin,and glycidyl neodecanoate used in preparation was also studied.Through a series of experiments,the resin mentioned above was prepared,and the raw materials,the ratio and the suitable reaction conditions of the resin were finally determined.
